I often get what are called psychic precognitions (seeing glimpes into the future) for myself & others. Sometimes in dreams, sometimes while awake. I've never really kept close track of them (because they occur so frequently) except for the Major ones like the September 11th tragedy, which I vividly dreamed about and described to friends two years before it happened. But now I'm feeling like it might be a good idea to keep a log of them as a learning tool for myself. Perhaps recording the precognitions that really stand out for me will help me to understand and fine tune my senses even more?
So here's are some from this past week-so far. Granted, my precognitions are not typically earth shattering news but yet somehow I still seem to be surprised when they come to pass.
1. Last Friday I was getting ready to perform with a student & friend of mine (I'm also a professional bellydancer) and I was telling this friend that I had been looking for a glass jar to make sun tea in. While I was telling her this, I had a clairvoyant image of her bringing me a glass jar for the tea. I saw it as looking like an over sized mason jar with no lid. I let the vision go and went on with my night without thinking of it again.
Yesterday, I went shopping with my boyfriend and we bought a jar to use for our tea. I recalled the vision i had had last Friday about my friend giving me a jar but again blew it off. Of course when she came to my house last night she brought me the very jar I had clairvoyantly seen her gifting me with (complete with no lid). I don't know why I was surprised. I didn't have the heart to tell her that I had just come back from the store and purchased one. I just graciously accepted the gift, secretly telling myself that I should have known better than to purchase my own.
2. On Monday I was doing a reading for a lady my age. As soon as she sat down in front of me I clairvoyantly saw an image of a lightning bolt as being the first message for her. I knew the vision was meant to be symbolic of the same energy traditionally conveyed in the "Tower" tarot card. I knew with certainly that If I laid cards out for her, she would literally get the Tower card. She was currently dealing with the presence of this kind of energy in her life and this was the central theme of the psychic messages I was getting for her. After I conveyed the information regarding the first clairvoyant messages that came to me for her, I laid out some tarot cards for her and sure enough, she got the Tower card as her final outcome card. Again, I don't know why I was surprised. LOL
3. Another lady I read for on Monday asked me about opening a business. I immediately got visions of the business being a metaphysical/pagan type of store and yes, this is the business she is looking to get into. I was then able to provide her with details as to how to create the space for the most success with her new endeavour.
more to come....

i believe we should all trust precognitions.
ReplyDeletei would like to share my first precog that was actually hard-fact proven that caused ppl to stop and listen to me when i said i knew something.
i may have shared this with you before carrie, i hope you dont mind me sharing, i just want to reiterate your point that we should listen to ourselves.
when i was 15 i dreamed that my bf would visit me the next day after school and his car would break down at a stop sign at the bottom of a hill and on the hill was an old yellow house. the car broke down because the clock had broken.
i told him this the next morning in school but he scoffed at me. that afternoon he came to visit and when he left, sure enough his car broke down at the end of the road at the stop sign. there was a big old gray house that used to be yellow on the hill in front of the stop sign.
he still wasnt convinced until a few hours later when he figured out the problem....the timing chain had broken!
for those of you who need this pointed out, the clock = the timing chain...the rest of the details are just details.
he said he almost lost control in his pants when he held up the timing chain and it dawned on him what i had said that morning.
after that, my family and friends began to believe me when i told them that they should or should not do something or that there was a ghost in the room.
so trust yourself, trust your thoughts and dreams and dont worry about others not believing you.
just do what feels right.
journaling is a great tool also. it gives you a base to look back on for a more solid faith in yourself. especially when you are just beginning to work on this gift.
thank you, carrie
